Yes! And that was when things started going downhill for me (well one of the times).

Before Shingles I was an iron man. After shingles not so much. Got shingles in Spring 2016, RBD started in early summer 2017.

But... my occasional twitching started years earlier. So maybe it is a combination.

This shingles and virus angle is why I focus on protocols that suppress viruses.
