This video has nothing to do with PD. It's a a Huberman video of him talking to a doctor specializing in longevity. The two-hour talk can be boiled down to "More exercise is better than no exercise and contrary to popular opinion there's no such thing as too much exercise." His mantra is 'manage the suffering'. Then in the final moments Huberman mentions the idea of a pill for people who don't want to exercise. I expected the usual answer that there's no quick fix. But instead he says low dose statin plus low dose beta blocker in what he called the "polypill' had been shown to increase longevity even in non-exercisers. I thought it was worthwhile because it's a given that exercise is beneficial for people with PD.

I did not watch but would like to add what the Mayo Clinic says:The term "polypill" describes a pill that contains a combination of several medications commonly used to treat heart disease and high blood pressure. Health care providers aren't yet sure what the best combination of medications is for the polypill. mayoclinic.org/diseases-con....
