Excellent video. My own experience of constipation with PD is that nothing works until I take tap water enemas and (separately) PEG.
glad you hear you have found something that is effective
I have never heard of some of the drugs for constipation. His physical explanation is great. Also touches on gastroparesis. We can have many causes of it.
