Hi all!

Anyone ever wake up with rapidly shaking feet? Pain in the ass! Lol Thx!

I am in that joyful shaky feet club with dystonic toes on my left foot to boot(npi). Sometimes I go back to sleep in the morning with soft shoes on to keep all the 'activity' contained making it easier to sleep.

I get shaky foot around mid day then around 7 and again around 10 or 11 . Not sure why . I am thinking my sugar intake during the day might be the cause . No laughing matter for me .

I know r123 it is not pleasant. I have one of these wood rollers under my desk and it helps.
