Just be careful of your oxalates and salicylate levels as they can start to build up if you have too many with high levels. I’m pretty sure I’m sensitive to these. I can’t seem to tolerate spinach at the moment and I think it is due having oats with feijoa on it and soy in my coffee then having lots of the wrong leafy greens raw. It always seems to be the same time if the year I get this feeling so I’m wondering if pollen in spring are the last straw.

LAJ, the reason for this post was that there's protein in too many foods for us PwP's to be able to systematically and consistently eliminate it from our diets. Therefore, consistent Levodopa absorption becomes very difficult to achieve.

I think that is why fasting is so much better in the long run.
