I just finished watching this video and there are many perceptions clarified (mine?) about the types of tests , what they were designed for and ,in some cases, are being dismissed or misused. Also he explains the roles of the FDA and the Public Health Agencies and suggests what needs to be changed to clarifiy who is doing what in this epidemic.
