Wondering where I can get the PD ID card. Would appreciate any source. Mahalo & Aloha.

Hi hatsumi, google Parkinson disease foundation,and locate their contact phone number.You could join the community as a PD patient or a caregiver and request for the ID. They might expect you to make a token donation,and they will send you the ID in the mail.

You will get a lot of info as well as an ID bracelet and card
