Mucun Pruriens does work but I would get 100% Mucuna powder from India instead of the Vitacost Maca. If you are in Uk you can get it on Ebay. My husband takes a 5 gram dose and his prescription meds but you need to experiment to find the dose most suitable for you. It seems to be good for tremor.
