DO ALL PDP HAVE DIGESTION PROBLEM?

Interested to hear reply to this too. My stomach growls like an altarboy at 7AM mass constantly. I have fairly normal regularity and try to maintain something close to a balanced diet. It is constantly growling.

My swallowing has been affected and I think I am swallowing small amounts of air every time I swallow. It that possible?
