Im a17 yrs PD patient. Lately Stalevo is taking over an hour or 2 to work, sometimes never. Many times wake up with a pain of like twisted muscles, also feel back upper muscles moving at night during sleep time.

You can ask your neurologist about Ongentys (opicapone), is a drug of last generation that should enhance the effects of Levodopa.
