I smoke 2-3 cigs a day and I swear it takes me down 10+ points on the UPDRS scale for a little while!

I was a smoker, now I am not.. Quit 2 years ago, because every cigarette was making my hands shaking like hell for long minutes..

I use an e-cigarette with 1.8% nicotine, all day, every day. I definitely feel that it helps to smooth out my gross and fine motor movements and my mood.
