It's an online video and they say it's only available for 24 hours. If you register they send you a link every day at 9 AM. I do not know if the links I've been posting can be viewed beyond 24 hours. Probably they can't, so if you're interested try to watch episode three before 9 AM Eastern time. Episode # 4 is primarily with sleep and how to do it without drugs. I posted today's link late because I was gone from my house but from now on I went to try and post them all at 9 AM. Episode one was a preview about the series and not very good. I thought number two and three were excellent.

I missed one and two, but the third video was excellent. I have a few things I will change in my life in response to this video. Very down to earth and sensible, and the Dr. was not selling anything so it was more believable than those who want you to buy their products. The video was encouraging because he made it clear you can change your brain health even if you messed up earlier.
