Taking medication prior to breakfast should see a response in 20 minutes Empty stomach response.

Taking your first meds after breakfast "Full stomach response" can slow your response to medication and even your next dose of medications for the day can be influenced by what you had to eat and drink

Food can linger and take longer to exit slow parki digestive systems

if you have tea and toast for breakfast you can expect to come on in 15 to 20 minutes

If you have a full English breakfast be prepared for the consequences 30 to 40 minutes to on time

I'm not suggesting diets but digestion awareness is something we need to observe in ourselves

Don't let it spoil your enjoyment but food does have consequences particularly relevant to our Parkinson's.You need to become food aware in order to manage your medication your Parkinson's and your life.

i totally agree. whenever i am "off" or not doing well, its always related to what/when i ate previously. and yes, we all need to be i tune with our bodies to figure out what is causing us to feel well or unwell at any given time.
