Loving Myself

Amidst the pain and aloneness that accompanies PD, there is one person that Understands and is Waiting to respond.

I don't recognize this person because I am consumed with my symptoms and what they mean to me.

I fail to recognize all the successes, all the victories, that I perform on a daily basis. Can I commend myself, can I love myself?

Yes. PD has no chance.

I agree wholeheartedly. I see judgment is a big factor in failing to be kind to yourself. I have given up judging as much as possible in my life and I am the better off because of it.

Hi Chris,

I have PD. I walk 3.2 miles daily, no break. I have found a gym that no one knows about that I exercise alone. I love it!

What do you do when you're sick?
