I have been doing research (since my epiphany) and came across something called the (observer rated Parkinson's anxiety scale). I can not find the actual scale. I was hoping to get a glimpse of myself. Does anyone know where I can find the actual scale? Thanks in advance.

You can purchase it online for 31.50 . Stroke patients were the model used for this scale.
You could be thinking of the Hamilton Depression scale. You can google Ham-D this scale was used in a study involving rasagiline. they monitored patients taking 1mg and 2mg daily over 8 wks. Both groups showed improved motor skills. The group taking 2mg showed significant improvement of depression symptoms over those taking 1mg. Specifically, core depression symptoms not associated with motor function. Symptoms such as mood, guilt and anxiety.
I am not sure, I do know the test is referred to as the O.R.P.A. scale. I figured if it is renowned scale you should be able to see the different stages without buying a book. Maybe it's still theory. Thank you misty.
I'm not sure what that scale entailed two you might find interesting are the:
Hoehn and Yahr staging (gives descriptions used to identify the stages of Parkinson)
Schwab and England Activities of Daily Living Scale (measures at what % a person a person is function at based on daily activity)
You should be able to google both of these . Here in the US the Schwab scale is used in conjunction with other testing to help determine disability
I did not think of that. I am not on disability yet.
I found the abstract describing the new anxiety scale yesterday but could not find the scale itself. Here is the 2014 article:
The Parkinson Anxiety Scale (PAS): Development and validation of a new anxiety scale

I looked for the actual scale and cannot find it. I searched using the title of the above article and then hit on 'images' and if it were posted in the form of an image it would come up - it did not. I have not looked at all the images but it should have been one of the first ones listed.
Well if you can't find it, " help me Obi Wan, your my only hope" maybe they are still working on it. Thank you for your search.
I found the study yesterday and looked for either a link containing the anxiety scale or a picture of the anxiety scale - and found neither.
Here is the MJF Foundation link and it notes the lead scientist:
