See I am bad enuf with only 10% of my brain functioning....can u imagine what wud happen with the rest 90% being functional? :) The world is not ready for me yet:)) Sigh tough being smart and beautiful, oh yeah and very modest too:)))

it your meds , believe ....If your lucky enough t be on the rite dose for you your brain will work better than it ever has . I WILL PUT MONEY ON IT, YOUR NOT SLEEPING . Google Modafinil . it will give you some idea of what I am taking about .

It is a tongue--in-cheek comment....if u read the rest of the piece from the link you will understand...as frustrating, aggravating, demeaning as this condition is, i have found that sense of humor makes it a tad bearable:)

I know what you mean! When I was diagnosed, my MRI showed that my brain had to fully developed, I had always been a good student, wondered what I could have done with a full brain and no PD! The sleep doc said if this apnea has always gone on it could have caused the damage to the brain even neurodegenerative disorders...

are you pro or con modafinil? My husband is on it. We had a hard time getting it paid for by insurance until we got the narcolepsy diagnosis. He's doing well on it. More alert and focused. It's made a huge difference.
