my husband was having a sleep,now he has woken up,he finds he cant walk,and keeps falling,just dont know what to do, he seems ok in himself

A few years ago, before my diagnosis of Parkinson's I had a similar event. I believe it was hypotension, a drop in BP when I got up. I had a full blown syncope, passed out twice and was very ataxic. Went to the emergency room and the found nothing, many tests and three years or so later Parkinson's.
