I'm not sure what you mean, but I do have a hard time lifting my whole foot when I have all my weight on it sometimes. I have to sit down to move it.

I cannot turn my right ankle when my foot is off the floor without either turning my whole leg with it or holding my quad while turnig it. not sure if that's what you mean.

I still can move the left ankle that way, but hve more rigidity on my right side.

Yes sounds exactly like me. Getting tights on is a struggle! Are you very left handed like me ? But i seem to remember always having trouble with lifting the right foot when putting on socks etc..before any tremor started.

yes, I am left handed, but did not have trouble before my symptoms started with socks, shoe laces, etc. Probably the most difficult thins now is cutting my toe nails between the rigidity and lack of fine moter coordination in my fingers

Cutting toe nails is almost impossible. Can't reach them. We do ankle exercises in Yoga, and have no trouble with moving ankles.

Not trouble except lifting my leg to put into trousers while standing. Yes nail cutting is not easy. I put nail polish on but my fingers shake. Do meds stop the shaking and cramps?

they help with the rigidity and shaking, but whethere they stop it or not depends on how severe they are and how well you react to the paticular drug s(and other factors, I'm sure)

Find my right side, my tremor side is less supple. Harder to put socks on and do exercises that concentrate on that side.

Even my friendly Wii fit comments on this!

Same with me , off to aquarobics for oldies who are mostly better than me at it. Still keep trying! May pluck up courage to try and swim ..last wek i got cramp straight away..

That was my first symptom. My left ankle was rigid and I was dragging my left leg around like Igor in the movie.

My left ankle is almost immobile while my foot is raised off of the floor. My right one has about 85% of normal movement.
