Does anyone has when both arms just go limp and hands swollen up till meds kick in and feels like needles

Yes, it happens to my legs. Knees are killin' me! But fingers won't do what I want until meds kick in. So far PD affects mostly left leg and lower left ab, but meds affect every part! I'm on Sinemet. What are you on?
