Well still struggling more every day gets worse.

Ankle giving way on left leg taking out knee on left leg .I can't sort of walk square on this leg and I also have guts in a turmoil on left side. And feet red hot at night. All this going on .can anyone explain why guts ache because of this knees feeling dried out. Cos I'm holding one up with the better knee. Any takers the same.

I suggested, in reply to a post from you a few days ago, that you contact one of the charities that try to help people with arthritis and associated conditions.

There are several of these charities. Versus arthritis is one. Arthritis Action another. They might be able to guide you?

I have a weak ankle, that often feels as if it is giving way. I have found regular very gentle exercise helps. I go for a short walk every day and if I miss for a few days it gets much worse. I am gradually increasing the length of my walks but am having to be very careful.
