There are loads of posts on here about fatigue and tiredness. Do our rheumatologists never explain that we have a chronic inflammatory disease that is in itself wearing? Also many patients are anaemic, severely so sometimes. Once the RA is under control the fatigue and/or anaemia improves then so does tiredness.

Physical and mental fatigue. Obviously when I work or have a lot of stress it is worse. But there is another kind of fatigue that comes out of nowhere, for no obvious reason. It makes my legs wobbly, hard to get off the couch without an effort and sends me back to the couch after only doing a small amount of activity. Feel like I have been sapped of all energy. Weird.

Also, hows the Leflumonide going? It is next on my list after failing Hydroxychloroquine, Sulphasalazine and Methotrexate.

Hi peep!!+ well I know the leflunomide has alleviated symptoms with no side effects. All symptoms have not disappeared however. Have missed 2 my appts cause she had to leave country on emergency.keep us posted please!!! All the best! Usha
