Hi there. I am so sorry. Yes been there. Some days seem so hard all you can think about is making it through the day until you can sleep and hope that you can get comfortable. Take care of yourself during those days. Don't try to do more than is necessary. I am sorry to say that I have not found magic for the bad days. The best advice I have received is to know that for every flare day or week there is a non flare around the corner. Know you are not alone in this. Take care. 💕
