Has anyone tried acupuncture?

I was wondering the same thing. I have a friend who is an acupuncturist and she said that this will help tremendously along with a certain diet. She is out on maternity leave but once she is back I am definitely going to try it. What have I got to lose at this point????

I had what the Physical Therapist call dry needles last December in back of my knee and it helped me for several months. I would do it again.

I tried acupuncture but it didn't help me. I've tried several of the diets and none of them helped. I never tell ppl they shouldn't try anything. Everyone is different and everything works differently for everyone.
