Been feeling bummed lately , no energy, I'm sleeping all the time. I need to get my energy back , and start doing things again

Me too. What is going on. I'm feeling like a useless blob. Anything I do or attempt to do totally exhausts me. No energy at all!!

I woke up this morning, and my left hip was so swollen, it is visible, I see my rheumatologist Tuesday hopefully I get answers . Doesn't help my ex husband is a negative support system for me

Thank you. I am trying to keep busy as long as I can because if I lay down I will sleep for 3-4 hours.
