I could only leave out relationships because my husband was a good one, he did sometimes baulk when I could not vac or dust, but knew it was the illness not that I wanted to be lazy. the worst thing he had to put up with, was only 2yrs ish into our marriage, I had to do nightly liquid steroid enemas, which entailed a large inco-sheet, and the likely hood of suddenly hurling myself out of bed to the loo anything from 10mins to 4 hours later!! Many people might not find their partner so understanding.

The biggest problem is one you missed, it is the problems it causes to one's view of oneself. This can impact more than the illness itself, I wonder how many of us have had CBT, or maybe would be helped by it.

Definetely social life and relationships. Since I was diagnosed I became more isolated and nowadays It's pretty rare for me to feel confortable on social events.
