After 40+ years of service to people with incontinence and their caregivers, The Simon Foundation for Continence is closing. As a result this site will be coming down prior to December 31, 2024.

We encourage you to continue to do research on incontinence and to use only trusted websites to learn more about this medical condition, and to continue to have conversations on a regular basis with your healthcare provider(s). There are also other support groups on HealthUnlocked who delve into topics on incontinence.

It has been our privilege to serve and support you since 1982 through our websites, FB pages, books, educational materials and here, and we wish each of you good health and happiness.

Thank you so much for all the effort and care you have taken to give us good advice.

The Simon foundation was my go to when in a WOC nursing program and your book very valuable for my papers. Thank you for all that you have provided over the 40 years, you will be dearly missed. I have referred patients to your Foundation and will search out new resources for their incontinence issues. Be well and thank you. Victoria
