I was wondering if any bedwetters here who wear pin-on cloth diapers and plastic pants here have children/teenagers and if so how did you tell them you have to wear diapers and plastic pants to bed? What about significant others?

I am not a bedwetter, but I think this is a very individual thing as you have to consider the personalities and ages of the people involved in each situation. If you have a very understanding and loving partner, this may not be as difficult as it is for others who may not have that. Children should be old enough and mature enough to understand medical conditions and have the empathy to understand the situation.

never really told other relatives outside my immediate family (which obviously knew I was diapered before bed) sometimes my diapers were covered but most nights I slept in a diaper and t shirt. I also walked around often in the morning in my diaper and t shirt. I always liked using colored or cloudy white plastic pants to help hide my soaked overnight diaper. I always stayed in my diaper until I jumped in the shower before school, or on weekends whenever. I stayed in my diaper because I’d regularly leak after I was up. I’d then wear a thick training type pair of pants with plastic pants over those for daytime use. When I outgrew training pants I’d hose 2-3 pairs of briefs under my plastic pants.
Sorry relatives knew because anytime we visited relatives there was a designated bed, for me, with plastic protection over the mattress. I’d always wear pj bottoms or sweats around others but my thick diapered butt was obvious and the plastic pants were noisy. So everybody knew.
