Questions about CML experiences

Hello, I'm 24 and I was diagnosed with CML late last year. I've been taking Gleevec for about 8 months. I dont have oncologist appointments very often because my blood work looks good. However I get swollen by my spleen, really bloated and I get sharp pains there and in my back in the same spot. No matter how much I look up I can't figure out if that's normal and my next appointment isn't for 4 months. Has anyone else experienced this type of pain?
