Freezing cold legs
Hello, I’m New on circulation. My legs get freezing cold and achey
which stops me sleeping. They are very hard to get warm. I use an electric blanket but then they get too hot. At the moment I have 40 den tights on and my legs are freezing. Sometimes they get too hot and are equally uncomfortable. I do try and walk each day but doesn’t seem to make any difference. Does anyone have any ideas please
