Rutin

Is anyone trying (or has tried)rutin for poor circulation? If so has it helped? Thanks

I’ve checked with the Circulation Foundation and have been told “It’s a supplement, there is minimal evidence for venous insufficiency”

Thanks for taking the trouble to check. It's fairly costly and one of my friends who is well into herbal cures says it's sort of like vit. C and yes to be careful if taking warfarin etc. (I'm not) but think it's easier - and cheaper to up vit C !
