Veins visible in my cut, what should I do?

this morning, I kicked a glass bottle by accident, and cut the left end of the tip on my left toe very badly, and it was bleeding very heavily. Later on, I was cleaning it carefully, and I noticed two very large black scabs, so I removed them. What I found were two tiny black holes resembling veins, and touching them was very painful. It's back to bleeding now, and I wanted to know, are these severed veins, and if they are, will they fix themselves? I have them wrapped up and away from any air.
