Hi

I have piriformis syndrome and a lot of pain in my right leg and butt. I have problems sitting down as my leg feels numb. Physio made it worse and now doc prescribed tryptizol which I don't want to take. Anyone taking anything like it?

I have it to down both legs and back no feeling right down to my big toe
