Is there any treatment someone recommends for tiny muscle adhesions in the fascia? I would love to hear from everyone.

Have you been diagnosed with this by a rheumatologist?

A lot of people think that fascia is another form of muscle. In reality, it’s a form of connective tissue...and is literally as strong as steel.

Rheumatologists deal with connective tissue disorders. That’s why I asked.

I’m in NY. What tests look for problems? What can be done to help what is the process with them? Any rheumatologists in nyc especially focused on pelvic?

You’d need a firm diagnosis first. That’s where these doctors come in.

Some of my Dx’ed conditions:

*Lupus: 1987, Hunterdon Medical Center, Hunterdon, NJ. Treated with Motrin & muscle relaxers (wouldn’t go on anything else.)

*Connective Tissue Disorder ( not otherwise specified): 1982: Northern NJ

*Fibromyalgia: 2000, Holy Spirit Hospital, Camp Hill, PA.

Each of these has a common treatment: 600 mg Motrin 3 to 4 times a day, Rx., along with Flexeril 10 mg 4x/day during flares, otherwise 10mg at bedtime.

These are my PERSONAL examples. Your Dx and Rx May be radically different, but get a Dx from a rheumatologist, NOT a massage therapist.

Massage therapists are NOT trained to diagnose!!!
