Every three months I think based on my own experience
I've had mine checked at least every year, and every 3-6 months when they're changing the medication, but maybe it depends if you have FH or what.
I see a consultant once a year to have mine checked. But thats because they think I have FH.
I have everything checked every three months but if you are the picture of health it is the standard NHS policy to have everything checked plus weight and height once a year.
