It's okay, Sue. We are having the leftover quiche from dinner last night for today's lunch. That is one way I came up with the theme this time! You're doing great!
Cheese, Milk, Egg, Butter, Flour. Apart from the flour, the rest of it is dairy. Alternatively, apart from butter, everything else can be in powder form. 😂
Everything so far is correct. What starts with Q and you can eat it?
That would be a quiche then, or in England, some refer to as a flan. Good one Leah.

Ok thank you. Can't stand the heat and pain but other than that, ok😩
Do you have the air conditioning running during the day? Did you talk to the doctor about the pain?
We don't have air conditioning at home, don't usually get weather like this. Spoke to a consultant this morning who basically said to keep talking the tablets, which I am of course.
Do you have fans that can go inside a window or on a table to keep the room/house cooler?
Along with the doctor saying to take the medication, what else did they say if you keep having pain?
We have fans but I have asthma as well. I'll be ok, just a little fractious because of the heat and the pain.
