There are only six days left to enter our respite holiday giveaway - and there are ten breaks to be won!
We're offering members of the Simplyhealth Care Community a chance to enjoy a free break with a loved one at one of our three accessible holiday centres based in Chigwell in Essex, Southampton and Southport. We know how important it is for both disabled people and their carers to have a break, something that they often don't get; the reason we've created this competition.
1st prize - 7 night holiday (2 to giveaway)
2nd prize - 4 night holiday (4 to giveaway)
3rd prize - 3 night holiday (4 to giveaway)
Carers are welcome to join the person they care for on a Revitalise holiday, or they can choose to take a break elsewhere. So why not enter for your chance to win a full board accessible respite holiday, complete with excursions, activities and entertainment, as well as reassurance of 24-hour on-call nurse-led care? Let our staff take over the caring role so that everyone can reap the benefits of a proper break!
To enter our free breaks raffle, email your name and contact details to marketing@revitalise.org.uk. Alternatively, call the bookings team on 0303 303 0145 and enter by giving your name and contact details. If you know someone else who could benefit from a free respite break, ask them to join The Simplyhealth Care Community and then send their details, as explained above. Please note that the holiday must take place before 31st January 2018.
The closing date is 15 November 2017. Winners will be chosen at random by Revitalise. Good luck!
