Hello, what kind of help do you need? Is your wife mobile? Does she have dementia? Does she have a terminal illness? Does she need help with bathroom needs?
Perhaps a bit more information would give us an idea of your situation.
my wife has dementure asma diabetus ostoarthitus frozen shoulder i have carers coming in 7 in morning11 at lunch and 6 at tea time she has fallen five times i tride to get help at night to calm her down but it will cost 25poundsan hour my wife hasmobility dla but they took 50 pounds of her cares alowance and i have to pay the over 75pounds out of our money i dont think they sould count my moneyin the cares payment as they come for my wife not me
They should NOT take your income into account. Have you got a Social Worker? If not contact the local council and make sure they give you one. Make sure she sirts this out as it is totally wrong. You should also have carers coming in to put your wife to bed and someone to sit with her to allow you a break each week. You are also entitled to respite so you don't burn out.

Firstly welcome, I hope you find this site helpful.
It would be helpful to understand a little more about the kind of help you need so we can offer some guidance and support
im looking after my wife wich is very hardcan i claim other money
am i entitled to more money
Having read the above I think you do need to talk to social services to request a review if they are funding the service. It sounds like her needs may have increased if she is needing help at night.
Sadly it is difficult to get night sitters funded at home but the social worker will be able to advise. There is funding to support carers with sitters during the day and will be identified as part of a carers assessment
Any financial assessment will take your wife's assets and capital into account.
If your are struggling, talk to local carers groups or CAB for advice and support. They will also help with any benefit Claims.
