I tried Lenire which sounds the same !! You listen to sounds 2 hours a day while having a stimulus in your mouth !! I’m afraid it made my tinnitus worse but it’s suppose to help 80% of people !! Very expensive but there are different payment plans and it is in a hospital so scientifically based !! Best of luck 😊
