I have become very breathless (sturgging to get up the stairs, after a bit of light digging with a trowel etc). My peak flow and oxygen levels are OK so whats going on?

I have been more breathless recently. I’ve put it down to the high humidity and pollen levels. My consultant has referred me to pulmonary rehab to help with this. You could ask your GP for this.

Hi, how is your blood supply to your muscles? I find that I get breathless with exertion because of the poor blood supply to my legs does not supply all the oxygen the muscles need. I asume the lungs are responding to messages from the muscles that they are not getting enough oxgen. My guess not a medical opinion.

An interesting thought. As far as I know, I don’t have a problem with the blood supply to my muscles!
