Cirrhosis symptoms but no diagnosis

After months of going to GP with cirrhosis symptoms - difficulty sleeping, dull ache upper right abdomen, lethargy, loose stools, amber tinged urine, itching, some fluid in right ankle, all my blood tests (liver, diabetes, thyroid, kidneys, celiac disease) have come back normal so have got nowhere with GP in terms of diagnosis. This led to me paying for an ELF blood test which gave a score of 9.1 suggesting moderate fibrosis. This got me a referral to a gastroenterologist but not til October so a long time away and am concerned about this and my ongoing developing symptoms.

I've now got thumb and finger tremors and feet, leg and fingers neuropathy which I find very distressing.

I was therefore reaching out to see if you had any thoughts on

1 can you have cirrhosis with these symptoms and blood results?

2 reliability of ELF score

3 any tips/observations/advice on what to do next and coping strategies etc.

Many thanks
