That's a new one on me but there is plenty of information on line as i've just done a really quick search.
Quite a good bit of information on National Institute for Rare Diseases website.

Best wishes going forward, seems that there are treatment options for the Low-Phospholipid-Associated-Cholelithiasis so hopefully Doctors will be able to get your symptoms under control.
