Severe symptoms of liver disease

Hi there , I am sorry to ask about few thing that killing me right now , I started have fatigue and leg pain and severe constipation almost 10 months ago , I had ultrasound and Ct scan and last thing MRI , all of them show only few cysts maximum less than 1 cm .my primary doctor and gastrologist told me nothing to worry about it , even though I am still having same symptoms with other more new like bloating , bloodshot eyes nausea and dizziness. I am going to see doctor in beginning of June . I had blood work last week all of them are normal except slightly low white blood cells and slightly elevated bili total 1.3 , by the way I had fatty liver3 years ago and start working out and limit alcohol only in the weekend . It’s been almost one year I had no drink even with that still have these symptoms. If you don’t mind asking . Do we find out have cirrhosis with ultrasound and MRI or just fibroscan shows cirrhosis ?? Sorry for my English as a third language.
