Hi!My first was last September- 48

March - 56

April - 64

May - 67

June - 78

July - 40

I stopped alcohol in March and cut down on animal fats and sugar. It took a while but I got there in the end 👍 ☺️

Well done. May I ask how much you were drinking in March and also what were your AST levels?
