No, it's toxic to the liver just like alcohol is.

Smoking is toxic to every part of your body and increases the chances of getting cancer anywhere - not just lung cancer. Hopefully in the future your liver will be recovered enough to mean that liver transplant (worse case scenario) would not be required. But if it was then the fact that you smoke could well put a stop to this option. It would also increase your risk profile if you required surgery for any other condition.

Obviously vaping is such a new thing research and results are still ongoing but vape contains loads of toxins and chemicals and vaping has been shown to lead to liver disease in laboratory mice so you might want to reconsider that practise too.

Vaping e-cigarettes could lead to liver disease – and the gadgets may not be as safe as they have been billed, experts have warned. Researchers found that the high levels of nicotine in electronic cigarettes causes non-alcohol fatty liver disease in mice.

If it ever comes to needing transplant your lungs need to be absolutely tip top - vaping has been shown to still lead to a risk of lung damage and symptoms similar to COPD & like cigarettes still has a link to damage to other organs.
