Feeling a little dehydrated I’ve used ORS Hydration Tablets. However I’ve just seen in big bold letters DO NOT USE if you have problems with liver or kidney. It’s done now so hopefully I’ve not done any more damage but I assume the risk is high sodium to aid the fizz?
So need education on diet.
On that, I’ve found this: some of it actually sounds pretty tasty.
