Hepatitis B can not be cured only treated and viral load being kept low. Tenovir treatment I believe is usually for life to ensure the virus is controlled and not continuing to attack the liver.

With a diagnosis of Hep B you need to look after your liver better to prevent placing additional stress on it. It would be wise to try and address your drinking and smoking habits too as you've mentioned on other posts that you do these things. Your liver will struggle to deal with these on top of your Hep B.
