Is liver cirrhosis/bad damage possible at 22 years old? Only started drinking at 18 but drink heavily

Ok you cannot get diagnosis on this page but what you can get is some advice from people who already have liver disease for a variety of reasons. If you are worried you already know you are drinking too much so why not only drink at weekends and make every second drink a non alcoholic one. There is plenty to choose from. Then unless you have any problems go and live your life. But remember health is a precious privilege not a right. Easy to ignore this when you’re young.
