Hi Livelong87

Welcome to the forum.

Unfortunately, no one on the forum is medically qualified to advise you.

We do have an updated publication 'Liver disease tests explained' that may be helpful;

britishlivertrust.org.uk/li...

However, we would suggest that you should consider discussing your results with your own doctors who have access to your medical history and are best placed to advise you.

Best wishes

As Trust one has stated we are not medically qualified to give you advice in that fashion. From our experiences many of us are quite informed and we can share our stories and help you understand what the terminologies mean but your doctor must be the one to ultimately deduce what's going on. Your test numbers are definately not normal. Your related tags under your post indicate you might think its alcohol related. Typically in an alcohol related liver issue your AST would be Higher than your ALT. But again your doctor needs to assess whats causing the abnormalities.
