Hi manx and welcome to this formidable forum 😁

I had never heard of alendtonic before so googled it as you do 😁. It’s apparently to help treat osteoporosis and aspirin is a “mild” (I think - I’m not medically astute 👎🏻) blood thinner. Not sure how this relates to liver problems or am I missing something (well I know i’m missing my short term memory for sure 😁)?

Anyway the bottom line is I haven’t a clue how they inter react! Thing is most of us take lots of tablets and there isn’t a place to go to to definitively see how they react with each other. That’s why it’s “interesting” to hear poster’s problems with what they’re taking!

Hi Manxonia, looking at your profile it looks like you are post transplant so will obviously be on a range of medications. This is something you should confirm with your own medical team or a pharmacist as we are all lay people and unable to tell you what might interact with what. A pharmacist should be able to tell you and your own team able to advise what you should take and when.

Pop into the pharmacy where you pick up your prescription medecines and ask the pharmacist. They are experts in these sorts of thing and can know more about interactions than your GP. If in doubt ask your GP too.

Ask your pharmacist . They specialise in medications and will have the information or can look it up. We are not medically trained. Your GP too should be answering your concerns. They prefer a patient to ask than guess. All GPs should do an annual drug meds revue too.
