My dad had elevated LFT. Mild elevation in Ast,ALt and bilirubin. The numbers are constant since last two years. We had his Fibroscan done. His mean score was 41 and Cap score of 320. He has no symptoms . I am really worried. Is this Fibroscan score very bad. Can it be controlled. This by the way is NASH related. He doesn't drink often.

Good afternoon,
I am sorry you have not had a reply to your post. The scores are high - hopefully your father is under the care of a liver specialist team who are monitoring him with blood tests and scans. I would hope he has an appointment scheduled so that he can discuss the results with the doctor.
